As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will work with healthcare providers, including hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient practices, supporting operations, implement evidence-based strategies, and drive measurable improvements in care delivery for Medicare beneficiaries. You will receive training, mentorship, and professional development to build your expertise in healthcare quality improvement.

We expect you to:

  • Support healthcare providers in quality improvement initiatives in nursing homes, hospitals, or outpatient settings.

  • Engage with healthcare organizations to provide guidance, education, and support for best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, delivering responsive communication, problem-solving, and engagement to support quality improvement initiatives while ensuring provider satisfaction and program success.

This position is contingent upon contract award and works remotely, however, some travel within the southeast region may be required. Candidates in the Southeast region are preferred.

Our requirements for this role:

  • Open to recent graduates or individuals with healthcare field experience (e.g., patient care, operations, or healthcare administration).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required (e.g., healthcare administration, public health, nursing, social work, or related disciplines).
  • Passion for quality improvement in healthcare and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience (or coursework) in presentations, training, or customer engagement.
